Overview
Kàchyû Îne Mudâ was founded durring the early 15th century in winter of the year 1415, by Shèdsh. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Shèdsh.
Kàchyû Îne Mudâ was built using the conventions of Warrenese durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kàchyû Îne Mudâ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Kàchyû Îne Mudâ is is constructed arround a series of spacious cobblestone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The city has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the city is well defended against anything short of an army. The city's cost-cutting-focused defences are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the citys defences.
Right off the bat Kàchyû Îne Mudâ hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this city has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. The influx of wealth has brought with it an influx of relaxation. Everywhere you look people are enjoying their prosperity in a slow, casual, and deliberate manner. There’s no rush for anything anywhere you look.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Kàchyû Îne Mudâ was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Kàchyû Îne Mudâ. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Kàchyû Îne Mudâ lost 295 people, 150 livestock, and 80 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 172, when members of Kàchyû Îne Mudâ's militia enacted an operation to bring aid to another fighting force. The operation was complicated by aggravated civilians, who cause problems for the militia for a host of reasons. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in defeat for Kàchyû Îne Mudâ's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Kàchyû Îne Mudâ's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
